Equine Law

Daniel A. Osborn

You may think twice about hiring a guy who used to ditch school to go to the racetrack, but odds are you’d be inclined to hire him if you knew he only went because he “just wanted to be around the horses.”

Over the past decade, Daniel Osborn has been a participant at the Annual Conference on Equine Law at the University of Kentucky in Lexington – studying subjects ranging from liability releases to cloning and reviewing precedent setting cases and events that bring about changes in legislation, law and legal requirements locally, nationally and internationally.  Mr. Osborn has also been a syndicate member in the Cedar Meadows thoroughbred racing operation.

As a regular speaker at the Long Island Professional Horseman’s Association (LIPHA), Daniel addresses topics and issues that affect those who work and make a
 living in the equine world.

Mr. Osborn now combines his interest in horses with his legal knowledge and experience in litigation, offering the most professional, cost effective legal services dedicated to the equine community.
