After 25 years of practicing law as a Class Action, Employment Law and Personal Injury attorney, Daniel Osborn brings his legal expertise, insight and ability to handle complex issues and contracts to include the practice of Equine Law. Expanding his practice now with an office located in Southampton, New York, Mr. Osborn’s goal is to help individuals and businesses involved in the equine industry with legal questions and problems that they confront.
Lindsay Trust graduated from Fordham Law School in 2009, where she was a member of the Moot Court Editorial Board. For the last six years, Ms. Trust has worked with Mr. Osborn representing clients injured by prescription drugs and in class action litigation in both state and federal courts on behalf of employees against their employers.
Kate Klisch is a lifelong equestrian who has turned her passion for horses into a highly successful and rewarding career. With over 25 years of riding and horsemanship experience, Kate brings the highest level of professionalism and sportsmanship to the industry.
Kim Shipman graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Organizational Communications. Add to that a successful career as a professional golfer with 17 years of tour competition on the LPGA and you’ve got someone who wants to manage a way to win.
